Keynote Speaker: Misty Coy Snyder
Creative Director RODS Heroes; Creator Happiness is Down syndrome
Misty Coy Snyder grew up acting and singing which eventually launched her into a worldwide career in the performing arts. In 2020, she veered in a new direction upon receiving a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome for her son, Jedidiah. Using her public speaking and writing abilities, Misty has made it her mission to empower and encourage those inside the disability, as well as help raise awareness and advocacy far beyond the community. She is the Creator of Happiness is Down syndrome which connects people across the globe and she currently serves as the Creative Director of RODS Heroes, which seeks to uncover the superpowers of individuals with Down syndrome. MC: Kara Lee
CEO/Founder The Well Community for Women
Kara Lee is a wife, mama, creative, and connector. Kara lives in San Diego with her husband and three kids and holds a degree in vocal music from Baylor University. She performs in musical theater, directs youth theater, and serves as a worship leader at Makers Church. She is the Founder and CEO of The Well Community for Women, a nonprofit coworking space with childcare, special events, and workshops. She is also the owner of Next Door Photos San Diego, a certified B Corp real estate media company creating job opportunities for survivors of trafficking. Break Out Speaker: Angela O’Brien
Founder: Your Space Reclaimed
Angela O’Brien is a mom of 2, professional organizer, Enneagram coach, and host of the podcast, Especially Organized: Sensible Solutions for Special Needs Moms. As the mom of an amazing young adult daughter with Down Syndrome, Angela is passionate about advocating for and supporting families like hers who are raising kids with disabilities. In fact, after 18 years of sharing her daughter with the world, volunteering her time to support other families and raising money for local Down Syndrome support organizations, Angela took her almost-obsessive passion for home organizing and turned it into a business where she speaks to and coaches fellow caregivers through their clutter so that they can reclaim the space, freedom, and energy to do what they love. Break Out Speaker: Jen Jones
CEO Jen Jones Direct LLC
Jen Jones is the founder and CEO of Jen Jones Direct LLC, and creative architect of the Significant Conference. Through her books, courses, conferences, podcast and Significant Life groups, she equips and empowers women to create the life they love on the foundation of faith. Jen and her husband Marcus are living this great adventure with their four children in San Diego, California.

Jen knows what it’s like to experience the unexpected and have to grow through life’s greatest challenges. She advocates for differently-abled kids and their parents because she is mom to a daughter with Down Syndrome. She helps families identify their core values and champions women to know and own their God-given worth to live a life of significance.

She is a certified health coach, and has built a nationwide health and wellness business. She guides people on a path to help them take control of their health—mentally, physically and spiritually. She is in the personal transformation business.

Jen has appeared as a speaker and coach in numerous conferences, retreats and podcasts, including ABC Family and the Live Out Loud Show. Break Out Speaker: Kara Ryska
Kara Ryska is a life and leadership coach, speaker, and host of The Special Needs Mom Podcast. She lives in San Marcos, California with her husband and their four children. Kara has spent nearly two decades navigating life as a caregiver to a brain tumor survivor and a child with complex physical, visual, behavioral, and medical disabilities.

Drawing from both lived experience and professional coaching training, Kara helps special needs moms move out of survival mode and into grounded confidence, emotional resilience, and sustainable support. She is the founder of the Pathway to Peace Coaching Community, where she leads group coaching, workshops, and conversations that help caregivers regulate stress, reclaim their sense of self, and build lives that feel steady and meaningful—even amid ongoing caregiving demands.
