Date Night Volunteers
We’re excited that you’re volunteering to help us with our 5th annual Date Night event! Check out your volunteer shift details below
When: Sat, Feb 15th 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
Where: Emmanuel Faith Community Church Chapel
Volunteer Shifts:

2:00-5:00 Set Up
4:45-5:00 Check in
5:00-5:30 Welcome
5:30-6:00 Speaker
6:00-7:30 Dinner and Dessert/ games and prizes
7:30-8:00 Speaker Wrap Up
8:00-9:00 Tear Down
What to wear: If you are volunteering for set up or clean up please wear something comfortable that you can work in. If you are volunteering for checkin, greeting or serving please wear something nice such as black pants and nice white or red shirt (our colors are black and red for the event).
Where to go: At the time of your shift, all volunteers will go to the downstairs chapel rooms to check in with Stacy Shradar or Jodi Katnik and get your assignments. (see campus map)
When to eat: All set up and tear down volunteers will be provided snacks and water. Dinner time volunteers will be provided dinner.
Promotional pictures and video may be taken at events. By signing up for this event you agree to give permission for Hope on the Hard Road, Inc. to use your images in promotional materials. If you would like to opt out of having your image used please email us at [email protected].
Health and Safety Waiver:
We are looking forward to providing a fun and safe time together. If you are ill or have a fever, please stay home and rest. By signing up for a Hope on the Hard Road, Inc event you waive any liability on our nonprofit or our partners.
