Thank you for signing up to partner with us for Moms Day Out 2026 in beautiful San Diego, California!
This lifegiving conference is uniquely designed for moms of children with special needs and the circle of women supporting them. Set along the breathtaking San Diego Bay at Liberty Station, these moms are about to have an amazing experience at this year’s conference, and you are helping to make that happen!
When: May 1st to May 3rd

Friday
Set up Crew: 2:00-4:00
Check in/greeting: 3:30-5:30
VIP Reception Support: 3:30-5:30
Nighttime Activity Support: 7:30-9:30
Saturday
Check in/greeting: 8:00-10:00
Break Out / Resource Fair Support: 10:30-12:30
Group Activity Support: 1:30-3:30
Nightime Session Support: 6:00-8:00
Sunday
Sunday Programming: 8:00-10:00
Sunday Programming: 10:00-12:00
Tear Down: 12:00-2:00
What to wear:
Volunteers will be provided a conference t shirt and should wear jeans and comfortable shoes.
Food:
All set up and tear down volunteers will be provided snacks and water. Parking is free for day use.
Resource Fair Table Sponsors (8:00am-1:00pm on May 2nd)
Our Resource Fair will be held on Saturday, May 2nd 8:00am-1:00pm. Please arrive at 7:30 am and have your table set up by 8:00am. All resource table sponsors will be provided with a table, chair, and black linen. Day Parking is Free. Please bring a lunch. Please park in the lot and unload through the glass doors to the left of the front entrance. Check in with Mel, Aimee, and Jodi.
Promotional pictures and video will be taken at events. By signing up for this event you agree to give permission for Hope on the Hard Road, Inc. to use your images in promotional materials. If you would like to opt out of having your image used please email us within 2 days after the event at [email protected].
Health and Safety Waiver:
We are looking forward to providing a fun and safe time together. If you are ill or have a fever, please stay home and rest. By signing up for a Hope on the Hard Road, Inc event you waive any liability on our nonprofit or our partners.
